Exercise is an amazing way to reduce stress, and keep you physically and mentally healthy. Running is cheap and simple, you can do it together or solo, and everyone can do it regardless of skill level!
Events and runs may be held virtually or in person, depending on the current situation. Keep an eye out for exec applications and some awesome prizes to be won year round!
